ISOVENT-TOP
Structural panel thermal insulator for roofs and walls
  application diagram
ISOVENT-TOP® structural panel thermal insulators

The system provides thermal ventilation for civil and industrial roofs and, thanks to its sandwich structure, offers considerable advantages both in terms of living comfort and easy installation.

The thermoventilated ISOVENT-TOP® insulator is made up of a shaped sheet of blue sintered expanded polystyrene, alternatively with added graphite - complying with EN 13163 standards - placed between a EUROSTRAND OSB panel and a plywood panel with phenolic glueing or a plasterboard sheet with glue having such physical and mechanical characteristics as to ensure the insulating material is perfectly glued to the other components.

The ISOVENT-TOP system proves to be convenient and value for money. Its dimensions and technical characteristics make it similar to ISOVENT, with the added advantage of an exposed intrados. This leads to considerable savings in the laying of materials since we are dealing with a complete roof pack.

ADVANTAGES:

• Living comfort in the underlying building area
• Thermal insulation
• Energy saving
• The rabbet and a surface area of nearly 3m2 allow to eliminate thermal bridging
• Water vapour permeability
• Excellent ventilation
• Walkable, safe surface
• Total protection against accidental water seepage provided by a bituminous membrane
• Considerable saving on laying costs
• 36% tax relief on building renovations
COMPOSITION:

ISOVENT-TOP® is a sandwich system for thermoventilated roofs, made up of a suitably shaped insulating panel placed between a EUROSTRAND OSB panel and a plywood or plasterboard layer. The panel features technical characteristics and energy saving performance in line with Law 10/91 art. 32, Ministerial Decree dated 2 April 1998 and the recent Ministry of Transport decree issued on 27 July 2005.
