Excellent anti-vibration and soundproofing for flooring and walls in general, it is largely employed, where cut in strips of varying lengths as an under wall layer in buildings to interrupt the continuity of the floor.

Environmentally friendly as the material from which it is made is formed of waste rubber. ISORUBBER^® does not conduct electricity, is resistant to water, acids, light, oils. Rot-proof. Long-lasting.

ISORUBBER®: Floor footfall noise insulation and the separation between screed and perimeter walls will be achieved as follows:
Dry laying of “ISORUBBER®“ made from the vulcanization of high-quality rubber particles with density of 750 Kg/mc available in rolls with thickness of 3/5 mm and panels with thickness of 10/20 mm. The “ISORUBBER®“ resilient layers must be placed and sealed accurately using the self-adhesive strip ACUSTIC BAND G, in order to prevent acoustic bridges.
Perimeter sealing must be carried out with the “ACUSTIC BAND” strip which must be turned up past the skirting board level.
ISORUBBER® 1100: Wood floor footfall noise insulation and sound insulation of overhead noise of wood roofs must be carried out via: dry laying of “ISORUBBER® 1100“ achieved via the vulcanization of high-quality rubber particles with density of 1100 Kg/mc available in 20 mm thick panels. The “ISORUBBER® 1100“ resilient layers must be placed and sealed accurately using the self-adhesive strip ACUSTIC BAND G, in order to prevent acoustic bridges.
Perimeter sealing must be carried out with the “ACUSTIC BAND” strip which must be turned up past the skirting board level for wood type floors.
ISORUBBER® FS: Sound insulation of structural noise must be carried out via:
dry laying of “ISORUBBER® FS“ laid directly to the bare floor in order to fully separate all the vertical and horizontal structures, avoiding the formulation of acoustic bridges, therefore optimising footfall insulation and overhead sound insulation of partitionings.
ISORUBBER® PRATICO: Sound insulation of footfall noise and insulation of continuous operation systems is secured laying the ready-mixed composition, ISORUBBER® PRATICO. The mixture must be evenly applied and compacted, across the entire surface, in order to achieve a standard layer with no faults or issues.
Wait until the product dries completely, approximately 24/48 hours depending on atmospheric conditions, then proceed with laying protective polyethylene film before laying the subsequent flooring foundation layer.
Floor footfall noise insulation and the separation between screed and perimeter walls will be achieved as follows: Dry laying of the“FONOROLL PLUS/EXTRA PLUS” system, a two-layer coating made up of 8 mm expanded polypropylene with overlapping selvage to prevent acoustic bridges. It is important to fasten the joints with “ACUSTIC BAND G”. Sealing of perimeter walls with “ACUSTIC BAND” a self-adhesive band in modified expanded polyethylene, turned up past the skirting board level.
